Refund Policy

Due to the nature of the product, we offer a 30-day return policy. After receiving your order, you have up to 30 days to request a return. After this period, we no longer accept return requests.

Eligibility for Returns

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, unopened, and unaltered. We do not accept return requests if the product has been used, if you decide it is not suitable for you, or if you find it different from previous versions you have tried.
Please note that the toy may vary for many reasons and this does not constitute a defect in the product.

How to Request a Return

To request a return, please contact us by email and include your order number at info@kiddocrafters.co.uk.
If your return is accepted, you will receive instructions on where to send the package.

  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, including tracking and handling.

  • Once your return request is approved, items must be returned to us within 30 days.

  • Items returned without prior approval or outside the stated return period will not be accepted.

Refunds

We will notify you once we have received and inspected your return and inform you whether the refund has been approved.

  • If items are damaged during return shipping, the cost of the damage may be deducted from the refund.

  • If we suspect the products have been opened or used, the return may be rejected and no refund will be issued.

  • Approved refunds will be processed within 7 days to your original payment method.

  • Shipping costs are non-refundable.

  • No restocking fees apply.

Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or credit card provider to process and post the refund.

Damaged or Incorrect Items Delivered

Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if your item is faulty, damaged, or incorrect. Customers must provide clear digital photos to confirm the issue.

  • Damage or incorrect items must be reported within 48 hours of delivery.

  • Reports made after 48 hours may be refused and considered acceptance of the item’s condition.

Order Cancellation

Orders are final once placed. Items may only be returned after delivery in accordance with this return policy.

Incorrect or Incomplete Address

Customers are responsible for providing accurate and complete shipping information. We are not obligated to verify address accuracy.

  • Orders that fail to arrive due to an incorrect or incomplete address are not refundable.

  • Address corrections can only be made if requested before the order is processed or shipped.
