Yes. Safety is very important to us. Our products are selected to be suitable for children when used as intended and under adult supervision where required.
Do your products come with instructions?
Most products include clear instructions. If instructions are missing or unclear, please contact us and we’ll be happy to help.
Are your products suitable as gifts?
Absolutely! Many of our items are popular gift choices for birthdays, holidays, and special occasions.
Shipping and Delivery
What are the shipping costs?
- United Kingdom: £4.95 (7–15 business days)
- Europe Standard: £9.95 (3–17 business days)
- United States & Canada: £19.95 (7–15 business days)
- Rest of World: £24.95 (10–60 business days)
All shipments include Track & Trace where available.
When will my order be shipped?
Orders are processed and shipped within 3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).
My tracking says delivered, but I haven’t received anything
Sometimes carriers mark orders as delivered before they physically arrive. Please allow a few extra business days and check around your delivery location. If the issue persists, contact us.
What if I entered the wrong address?
Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. Orders that do not arrive due to an incorrect or incomplete address are not eligible for a refund.
Returns & Refunds
Can I return my order?
Yes. We accept returns in accordance with our Refund Policy. Items must meet the return conditions stated on that page.
How long do refunds take?
Once your return is received and approved, refunds are processed within 7 days to your original payment method.
Who pays for return shipping?
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
